Agile Team Lead / Agile Project Lead (m/f/d)

Your role

  • You will lead an agile project team and be responsible for developing high-quality customer solutions based on the technical requirements of the Product Owner

  • You will always have an overview of the project progress, budget consumption and possible risks, and manage them proactively

  • You will optimise agile work processes, motivate your team to organise themselves and solve impediments

  • You will coordinate the dependencies to other projects and act as an intermediary between the team and the management board

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in a relevant field or possess similar qualifications

  • You have several years of experience in managing medium to large projects

  • You have a very good knowledge of classical and agile project management methods

  • As a valuable member of our team, you are assertive and possess strong communication skills

  • You have an agile mindset and an open-minded personality. You enjoy working in various areas and with different partners, and you are inspired by the opportunity to make a difference

  • You have a very good command of German (CEFR C1)
